$55.00 per hour plus GST for Home and Personal Organization Services.
We currently service the following areas:
Greater Victoria (including Oak Bay, Fairfield and James Bay )
We are available for appointments Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.

How long will it take to clean my home?
There are a number of variables that determine how long of an appointment will be needed for your service. The number and sizes of the rooms to be cleaned and whether this is a deep cleaning service or a standard cleaning service are just a few of the factors that we consider to determine how much time will be needed. The best way for us to provide you with an accurate pricing estimate is to do a walk through and consultation of your home and needs. *Virtual walk throughs are always an option- just ask and we can set up a remote consultation.
Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
Only if you have preferred products that you would like us to use. We come equipped with everything needed to make your home sparkle and shine. We use eco friendly, low or no-scent products as much as possible and work with you to customize products to your homes needs.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes, we have a two-hour minimum for all appointments.
Do I need to do anything to prepare my home before my appointment?
We are there to clean and sanitize so there is no need for you to do anything but make sure that the areas to be tended to are as free of clutter as possible. This makes it easier for us to get to task on the part we love and excel at - cleaning!
I have pets. Will you still come clean?
Absolutely! We are animal lovers and know that your pets are family and it's their home too. Just let us know ahead of time so that we can greet them by name. If your pet will be roaming free and has any special considerations (not everyone loves the sound of a vacuum, we get that) let us know and we will work with you to ensure the visit is pleasant for everyone. Yes, we do litter boxes! *fresh litter to be provided by the pet home.
What is your cancellation policy? Do I need to sign up for a contract term?
We want you to want us back because you love our work, not because you are locked into a contract, so we don't make you sign one! We highly recommend booking your weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services on an on-going basis so that your preferred day and time are yours, but Deep Clean, On-call and Move-out/Move-In services are all scheduled as needed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 48 hours notice.
What won't you do?
While we strive to clean it all, there are a few cleaning services that are not offered:
- Cleaning of any items/areas that cannot be reached with a telescopic handle or from a step stool height.
- Bodily fluids of any kind.
- Carpet / rug shampooing.
- Cleaning exterior window surfaces.
- Cleaning inside of dishwasher or washer/dryer.
- We do not clean inside curio cabinets.
- No lifting or moving of heavy furniture or appliances.
*For move-out/move-in cleans, we will move and clean behind the fridge and stove when possible.
